The Current Dilemma in Childcare

The basic requirements for childcare workers aren't enough to prepare teachers or equip them with the skills and knowledge for running a thriving classroom.

And so, teachers get burned out. Childcare centers deal with high turnover. And, due to low wages, there's a significant dip in the workforce's interest in early childhood development.

But...

There are fantastic people out there who can be passionate about early childcare work, but who don't have the ability to get credentialed.

And all they need is a training and credentialing program that helps them Learn & Earn, Day One™

Common Challenges in Credentialing Teachers

Lack of Flexibility:
Trade school class schedules aren't conducive for potential teachers. Classes typically start after 6:30pm and many potential ECD workers haven't stepped into a classroom as a student in over 15 years. High drop-out rates.

Unstructured Training Resources:
Many schools have to send teachers to 6 different places to get the training and credentials. And then the operator has to spend time and energy chasing down paperwork and certificates across all the different programs!

Lack of Mentorship:
Many programs are brief and don't offer the 1-1 help and guidance they might need.

Lack of Practical Classroom Experience:
Programs that are purely lecture-based and only teach from a textbook leave teachers under-equipped for the classroom management skill that will need.

Health & Safety Concerns:
Because teachers are under-trained and childcare centers face high turnover rates, parents get upset with the lack of consistency, the quality of education, and overall health and safety issues.

At Train Bright,
We Take a Different Approach

With Train Bright, you can offer a streamlined program to train your teachers and credential them.

When teachers are prepared and educated, they transform into confident leaders.

Then, you see a transformation within the classroom and among the children - which parents take notice of.

Parents then tell other parents about how happy they are with their childcare center - which leads to more referrals for the school.

And it comes full circle as the positive transformation feeds back into the school!
